How We Use Data

To perform pre-assessment and prepare a transparent price range.
To match you with suitable clinics and arrange a booking window (48h).
To communicate logistics (dates, pickup, hotel suggestions) when requested.
To respond to legal obligations and prevent misuse/fraud.

Legal Basis

Consent: you voluntarily provide information for pre-assessment.
Contractual necessity: to provide coordination and booking services you requested.
Legitimate interests: service quality, security and anti-fraud.

Sharing & International Transfers

We share only what is necessary with selected partner clinics for your case (e.g., photos, notes, preferred dates). Clinics are independent controllers for the data they receive and will inform you about their own privacy terms. If data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure adequate protection (e.g., contractual safeguards).

Retention

We keep pre-assessment data for up to 12 months from last contact (unless law requires longer). You may request earlier deletion at any time.
